Founder & Instructor

Geetha Chidambaram is an award-winning yoga professional with over 4+ years of experience in yoga training and wellness.

She holds an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy & Yogic Science (BSS) and is a certified International Yoga Therapist from the World Skill Council. She is also certified in Sujok Therapy (Level 1) from the International Sujok Association.

She trained at the reputed Ozone Yoga Centre, Coimbatore, founded by Padma Shri Nanammal, gaining strong traditional knowledge and practical expertise in yoga.
